AAA PCs Satisfaction Guarantee

​

AAA PCs provides a limited 30 day money-back guarantee on all laptop computers sold, unless otherwise stated in the individual description of the product purchased.

This warranty covers hardware defects such as damage upon arrival, inoperable LCD screens, defective batteries, and hard drive failure.

Software problems such as viruses or operating system corruption caused by neglect or unauthorized repair (conducted by an individual or 3rd party computer repair) are not covered herein this 30 day guarantee.

The warranty of your computer becomes effective on the date of arrival according to the last tracking scan deemed "delivered" by your individual tracking number provided for your order.

Should there be any concerns or problems that occur outside our 30 day period, AAA PCs will still provide basic email support.

Sales Tax​

​

AAA PCs charges sales tax for all purchases made in the state of Florida. 

If you are a tax-exempt entity, please contact info@aaapcs.com ahead of your purchase, and provide your tax-exemption documentation.

Warranty Repair & Exchange​

​

Your 30 day money-back guarantee becomes effective on the date of arrival according to the last tracking scan deemed "delivered" by your individual tracking number provided for your order.

It is the buyer's responsibility to visually inspect the computer and ensure proper functionality of the computer purchase upon delivery, within this 30-day money-back guarantee period. 

The buyer must report to AAA PCs with any shipping damage, malfunctions, etc., within the 30 day warranty period.
In the event that your computer arrives damaged without neglect or damage caused by accidental user error, AAA PCs will facilitate RMA (return merchandise authorization) instructions and pay to have the damaged computer order(s) returned for your choice of repair or refund. 

Under certain circumstances, AAA PCs will offer a more-than equitable partial refund to keep a flawed computer purchase AS-IS.

Should AAA PCs not be able to successfully repair your returned system, you will be offered with a complete replacement system that will shipped back to you.

Once your repaired or replaced computer system is shipped back to you, your 30 day computer warranty becomes effective on the date of arrival according to the last tracking scan deemed "delivered" by your tracking number provided for your repaired or replaced order.

If you accidentally drop your computer, spill liquid, acquire a virus, damage your computer from improperly upgrading components, etc., these types of damages are not covered by AAA PCs.

All laptop orders that are returned to AAA PCs for refund or exchange (with leaving the original storage device with AAA PCs) will have their storage device (HDD or SSD) contents immediately destroyed sequentially upon arrival according to DoD standards, to ensure data is not recoverable.

Shipping and Handing Costs

​

FedEx 2Day Shipping is provided as a FREE, expedited service to all purchases made in the continental United States! Tracking & insurance is provided.

USPS Priority will be used for Hawaii, Alaska, US Providences, and PO BOX orders. Domestic overnight shipping is available at checkout.
If you are making your purchase outside the USA, shipping costs are calculated based on your location. Read "International Shipping" below for details.

Within 24 hours of purchase, your tracking number(s) will be sent to you via the email address provided at checkout.

If you purchase with a PayPal account, your tracking number will also be updated under your PayPal transaction details. 

Once your order has been shipped, you can expect your delivery to be made within 2-4 business days within the USA.
International orders may take anywhere from 6-20 business days for a confirmed delivery status after the order has been dispatched by AAA PCs. (This is solely based on geographic location and the speed of customs clearance, which varies).


In order for AAA PCs to ship your computer as quickly as possible without delays, we ask that you double check your shipping address at checkout.

AAA PCs will not adhere to any address change when your order is in transit.

Due to fraud risks, AAA PCs will not ship to freight-forwarding addresses, nor fulfillment centers. If used, your order will be canceled without warning.

AAA PCs will not be held liable for any lost package, theft, or delay caused by an  address being improperly specified at checkout.

International Orders Policy

​

AAA PCs ships to Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, and Australia.

Please contact info@aaapcs.com for inquiries on other shipping locations, and shipping quotes. 

Due to fraud risks, AAA PCs will not ship to freight-forwarding addresses, nor fulfillment centers. If used, your order will be canceled without warning.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on your international address, package weight, and dimensions. 

It is the buyer's responsibility for being knowledgeable of any and all acquired customs charges, restrictions, and handling costs into the buyer's destination country. AAA PCs will not be held liable for any incurred costs nor delays upon arrival to the buyer's international address, with the information that has been provided to AAA PCs at checkout.

Your 30 day computer warranty becomes effective on the date of arrival according to the last tracking scan deemed "delivered" by your individual international tracking number provided for your order. 

It is the buyer's responsibility to visually inspect the computer and ensure proper functionality of the computer purchase upon delivery, within the 30-day money-back guarantee period. 

The buyer must report to AAA PCs with any shipping damage, malfunctions, etc., within this 30 day warranty period. In the event that your computer arrives damaged without neglect caused by accidental user error, AAA PCs will facilitate RMA (return merchandise authorization) instructions and pay to have your computer(s) returned for a refund only. Original shipping costs will be reimbursed, and you will have the option to repurchase if desired.

If you are simply dissatisfied with the purchase within this 30 day timeframe, you may request a return and arrange to ship the product back to AAA PCs for your choice of a refund or exchange on a different laptop model(s). Original international shipping costs paid by the buyer will not be reimbursed and AAA PCs will not provide a return label(s) for the original purchase(s), unless the purchase order arrived damaged or defective, as previously stated above.

Canceling or Changing an Existing Order

​

If you wish to cancel or modify a purchase, you must contact AAA PCs within 24 hours of your purchase, although there may be the chance of your order still shipping to the intended destination, depending on when AAA PCs is notified. 

Due to our quick handling speed, your order may ship before being able to cancel or modify your order, if you do not contact AAA PCs within 24 hours.

Kindly email us at info@aaapcs.com with your order number and name, stating the need for a cancellation or modification request.

Refunds through PayPal are typically processed within 24-48 hours.

Refunds through a credit card or bank (debit) card may take up to 7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email from AAA PCs, PayPal, credit card company, and or your bank once reimbursed.

Battery Policy

​

AAA PCs guarantees one full hour of battery life, although you can typically expect an average of 2-5 hours of battery usage, as each laptop model varies as well as the circumstances of usage.

Our laptops include refurbished, "excellent health" batteries.

In the event that your battery is unable to charge or hold a complete 60 minute charge, please contact AAA PCs for an immediate solution. 

For laptop orders delivered past our 30 day warranty, new batteries can be purchased separately from 3rd party retailers such as Amazon, Newegg, and eBay for a relatively low price, and AAA PCs can assist in providing the correct replacement battery and or AC adapter for your laptop model. 

New batteries typically have hold a charge for 3-6 hours, from a full charge.
